The founder and President, Ian Levine graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Computer Science. In July, 2000 he started as a superintendent at a local general contracting firm. He worked his way up to project manager and eventually became a managing partner. Ian became a licensed General Contractor in 2009 and stayed on as a secondary qualifier until 2017. Optimistic to create his own company, in 2018 Levcon Builders was born.

As a general contractor we are dependent on our subcontractors to meet our schedules, budget, and level of quality that our customers have grown accustomed to. We have been working with the same team of subcontractors since day 1 and have created a family environment for our teams and employees. This strategy has proven great success since our inception as Levcon Builders.

Levcon's Field Superintendents have the experience and knowledge to ensure a safe and clean jobsite. They are always available and prepared to respond with a sense of urgency to any request or issue that may arise. Each superintendent is given all the tools and training required to follow every detail on the plans and even think outside the box.

We use the latest technology to streamline the scope of work while digitally documenting all phases of each project.
